Constant Professional Institute LLC is committed to delivering high-quality educational services in a transparent, student-centered manner. This Fulfilment Policy outlines the terms of course access, cancellations, and refunds.

COURSE DELIVERY – Once payment is successfully processed, students will receive access credentials to their selected
course(s) via email within 24 hours.- All courses are delivered entirely online via our secure learning platform and are accessible 24/7.- Course materials include interactive lessons, video content, downloadable resources, and tutor support
(where applicable).

CANCELLATION POLICY – BEFORE ACCESS: Students may cancel their enrollment within 24 hours of purchase if the course has not
yet been accessed. A full refund will be issued.- AFTER ACCESS: If the course has already been accessed or partially completed, cancellations may be
subject to eligibility for a partial refund.

REFUND POLICY – We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, under the following conditions:- Less than 10% of the course has been completed.- The student has not downloaded certificates or final assessments.
– A written refund request is submitted to admin@inglesconstant.com within the 7-day period.
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window or if the course has been substantially completed.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND – To request a refund or cancellation, please email us at admin@inglesconstant.com send an email attaching:

  1. Full name and email address used for registration.
  2. Course title.
  3. Reason for the refund or cancellation request.

Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS – Courses purchased at a discount or during a special promotion are non-refundable.- Courses accessed beyond the 10% mark or with certificates issued are non-refundable. – Technical issues due to student’s device or internet connection are not eligible for refund.
